Local Classes

*All of our local, in-person classes have been cancelled untill further notice. Everthing has been moved to an online video or video-chat format. This can be as a one-on-one session or as a small group depending on what's needed.

Consulting and Coaching

*Sometimes consulting isn't the right word for the specific interaction, it might be advising, coaching or individual instruction. Whatever we call it, we're just there to help you design and accomplish your goals with everything we know brought to bear.

Health coaching, to help you reach your health goals and realize wholeness. Private phone or video chat discussions to help you realize the health you want; whether maintaining good health, losing weight, gaining energy, or recovering from serious or "incurable" illness.

Private yoga, mobility, fitness instruction. This can be done over video chat in the privacy of your own home.

Home apothecary. Firstly a private discussion to identify major health concerns and needs of the household. Then I'll help you plan and build an apothecary (herbal home health care supplies) and herbal first aid kit based on traditional herbal knowledge. We can then help you source the items you'll need.

Personalized traditional foodways instruction. Private video chat instruction for sourdough bread baking, fermenting vegetables and some beverages, lard making, some preservation methods, and overall approach to healthy foodways.

Household wealth protection and prosperity. Private consultation to build a plan for a comprehensive and wholistic approach to protecting your wealth and providing for your household in tough times, and building it through all times. We'll be considering all your needs, and risks; looking for an appropriate fit to your lifestyle. This will tap into age-old and uncommon methods to help.

Business consulting and coaching, helping you build a solid growth strategy for your business. Ultimately working to provide true, full wealth for you and your household, and the business and everyone involved with it, and the clients and marketplace. We'll be building on bigger goals, but at the same time we will identify and monetize underutilized assets and resources in the business for quick boost to help get you there.

Security consultation. We'll review your situation and help you build a plan for increasing your tech security and privacy, and physical security and self-protection.

Crafts and Physical Goods

Herbal apothecary supplies - bulk dry herbs, (working on getting live herbs possibly), traditional whole-herb suppliments and formulas.

Traditional custom wood furniture made to order. Items can include: platform beds, farmhouse/tressle tables, coffee tables, bench seats, outdoor/patio furniture, computer desks, shelves and blanket ladders, breadboards and bowls, and other things too.

Occasionally the children have some art and craft products that the want to sell too. We'll find a want to list those one-time items here.

Thinking about local fresh baked bread offerings.

Occasionally we'll list here for sale some of the other arts and crafts we've worked on.
