Here you'll find some unique or special definitions and concepts we use.

Florilegium

Florilegium: originally a gathering or collection of flowers, that later became an encylopedic collection of choice excerpts or selections of works of classical importance or of Church Fathers and also other literary or scientific value.

Household-Centric Life

Household-Centric Life: a household-centric lifestyle is a life centered in and around the household. It is the correct structure for the base of society, where it's born and raised - which you can see examples of from antiquity on. It's where each individual can best realize the potential of their life with the support of and toward those they love around them. It's a place where a married couple can enjoy work together from the home, where children can help and learn from their parents, where extended and multi-generational family can gather in work and play, and where all that can serve the community it's a part of.

Homesteading, household-estate, home-economics, home-business, home cooking, home health care, home schooling are all examples of parts of this whole picture. Each of those can be a deep well of topics in and of itself, but the household life is the joy of husbandry for all of that.

I should write a stand-alone article to fully describe this picture....
